Privacy Policy

TDDUP is operated by Hindle Consultants Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), based in Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
Account details (email, display name), whatever you choose to store in your vault (will details, account information, contacts, company records), and operational metadata needed to run the service — login timestamps, audit log entries, and billing status via Stripe.
How vault content is protected
Vault item content is encrypted at the field level before storage, using AWS Key Management Service. Each owner's data is isolated from every other owner's — no customer can access another customer's vault, contacts, or company records under any circumstance through normal use of the product.
Who can see what
Access follows whichever mode you've chosen — single, delegated, or dual — as described on the About page. We do not access vault content ourselves except where necessary to operate or debug the service, or where required by law.
Who we share data with
Stripe processes payments and never receives your vault content. AWS provides encryption key management and underlying infrastructure. Neon hosts the database. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us directly. If you're in the EU or UK, GDPR rights apply; if you're in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles apply.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is permanently deleted on request.
